Job Summary: Grupo Arcosa seeks a Maintenance Operator for industrial refrigeration systems, water treatment, and general facility upkeep, focusing on preventive and corrective maintenance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operate and monitor industrial refrigeration and water treatment systems. 2. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment and facilities. 3. Work with ammonia-based refrigeration technology. **Position open at GRUPO ARCOSA in Umán, Yucatán.** **ARCOSA FRIGORIFICOS** A leading Mexican company proudly specializing in temperature-controlled storage, refrigeration services, and cold-chain manufacturing. We are seeking: **MAINTENANCE OPERATOR** **(Knowledge of air conditioning, wastewater, and potable water systems required)** **RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:** * Monitoring and operation of Industrial Refrigeration Systems. * Monitoring and operation of Potable Water Systems. * Monitoring and operation of Wastewater Treatment Plants. * Follow-up on the annual preventive maintenance program. * Perform equipment repairs in the shortest possible time and to the highest quality standards required. * General maintenance of facilities. * Operation of mechanical and electrical equipment related to industrial ammonia-based refrigeration processes and cold-storage facility climate control. **Requirements** * Technical degree, Bachelor’s degree, or Engineering degree. * *Specialization: Refrigeration*. * Additional knowledge in Electricity and Motor Control. * **Experience with ammonia-based equipment** * Two years’ experience in Refrigeration, Mechanical, Electrical, or Electromechanical fields. **Skills:** * Teamwork * Assertive communication * Adaptability * Decision-making ***Work location: Km 14.5 Mérida–Umán Highway*** Employment type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: $12,000.00 – $15,000.00 per month Application question(s): * Are you available to work rotating shifts?
