




**MAINTENANCE MANAGER** **Position Objective** Ensure the **continuous, safe, and efficient operation** of the company’s facilities, machinery, and equipment through planning, execution, and control of preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance—leading the maintenance team and guaranteeing compliance with safety, quality, and good manufacturing practices (GMP) standards. **Key Responsibilities:** * Plan and execute the **preventive and corrective maintenance program** for: * Electrical installations * Plumbing * Painting * Metalwork * Air conditioning and ventilation * Production machinery and equipment * Ensure proper operation of critical production machinery. * Coordinate urgent repairs to minimize plant downtime. * Supervise work performed by external vendors. **Team Management** * Coordinate, supervise, and develop the maintenance team. * Assign tasks, shifts, and priorities. * Evaluate performance and promote a culture of order, discipline, and safety. * Train staff on equipment usage, safety, and basic maintenance. **Planning and Control** * Develop annual maintenance plans and departmental budgets. * Manage inventories of spare parts, tools, and consumables. * Maintain logs, reports, and KPIs for the department (failures, downtime, PM compliance). **Safety and Compliance** * Ensure compliance with **Occupational Safety and Health** regulations, STPS standards, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). * Participate in internal and external audits. * Prevent electrical, mechanical, and structural hazards. * Coordinate corrective actions arising from audits or inspections. **Performance Indicators (KPIs)** * Preventive maintenance program compliance. * Reduction in failures and unplanned downtime. * Average response time to failures. * Maintenance cost vs. budget. * Maintenance-related accidents or incidents. **Education** * Technical degree or engineering degree (Electromechanical, Mechanical, Industrial, Maintenance, or related field). **Experience** * Minimum **3–5 years** in industrial maintenance. * Experience leading maintenance teams. * Preferred experience in cosmetic, pharmaceutical, food, or other regulated manufacturing industries. **Technical Knowledge** * Industrial electricity * General mechanics * Machinery maintenance * Basic welding and metalwork * Plumbing * Reading of electrical and mechanical diagrams * Industrial safety * Preventive and corrective maintenance **Key Competencies** * Operational leadership * Planning and organization * Problem solving * Decision making * Effective communication * Working under pressure * Results orientation * Responsibility and orderliness **Working Conditions** * On-site plant work * Availability to respond to emergencies * Flexible schedule based on operational needs Employment type: Full-time Salary: Starting at $25,000.00 MXN per month Benefits: * Complimentary uniforms Work location: On-site employment
