Position Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Manager to ensure optimal operation of equipment, machinery, and facilities at a metal-mechanical company with 37 years of experience. Key Highlights: 1. Leadership in mechanical and electrical maintenance. 2. Development and implementation of maintenance procedures. 3. Supervision of maintenance budget and expenses. We are a group of companies with over 37 years of experience, dedicated to meeting project execution needs across various industrial metal-mechanical sectors, offering integrated solutions covering design, procurement, fabrication, construction, testing, maintenance, commissioning of mechanical equipment, process package units, and industrial plants. **Objective:** Ensure the proper operation of plant equipment, machinery, and facilities, in compliance with the annual maintenance program. Minimum 3 years’ experience as Maintenance Manager. **Education:** Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering degree (certified). Duties and Responsibilities: 1\. Supervise mechanical and electrical departments. 2\. Provide tools and spare parts to technical staff for task execution. 3\. Assign daily tasks to personnel under supervision. 4\. Ensure optimal operation of electrical installations. 5\. Ensure optimal operation of machinery (diesel and gasoline-powered). 6\. Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance. 7\. Develop KPIs. 8\. Develop maintenance procedures and ensure their implementation. 9\. Conduct facility inspections to identify and resolve issues. 10\. Plan and supervise all repair and installation activities. 11\. Supervise expenditures and control the maintenance budget. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM; Saturday, 7:30 AM to 1:00 PM. **We Offer:** Salary commensurate with qualifications. Statutory benefits. 5% savings fund. Salary: $1\.00 per month.
