Driving continuous improvement and equipment availability Description and details of responsibilities We seek a team member with solid technical knowledge to ensure reliable operation of plant equipment and infrastructure. We need someone with strong analytical, diagnostic, and fault-resolution capabilities, focused on operational excellence and aligned with safety and maintenance policies and procedures. We require a proactive individual with a sense of urgency and openness to change, capable of driving continuous improvement in processes and contributing to the availability of production equipment. **Responsibilities** * Design and execute preventive and corrective maintenance plans. * Perform failure analysis and propose actions to prevent recurrence. * Track repairs, spare parts, and external services. * Ensure compliance with safety standards and good maintenance practices. * Document work orders, equipment history, and performance metrics. * Support improvement projects, machinery optimization, and reduction of downtime. Experience and Requirements * Degree in Maintenance Engineering, Mechatronics, Electromechanical Engineering, or related field. * Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and/or pneumatic systems. * Ability to perform technical analysis, diagnosis, and problem resolution. * Ability to read and interpret industrial control electrical diagrams; knowledge of PLCs. * Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance. * Familiarity with SAP (preferred), Microsoft Excel (intermediate level), and AutoCAD. * Intermediate-to-Advanced English proficiency.
