Location: **Arteaga** Req ID: **28562** Job Responsibilities Installs, performs preventive maintenance, and repairs buildings, mechanical equipment, and public-use systems through one or more skilled trades (e.g., electricians, mechanics, plumbers, carpenters); prepares and maintains records of completed corrective and preventive maintenance work; supports necessary safety requirements; and stays current on all applicable safety procedures and measures. Develops preventive and corrective maintenance programs for production and construction equipment; manages and improves established procedures using equipment checklists, distribution, tracking of open items for closure, monitoring and coordination of work with assigned personnel, support for maintenance-related needs of various company departments, performing administrative tasks related to supplier payment procedures, budgetary control, expense reports, KPIs, as well as supporting the EHS department with implementation of safety and IT improvements.
