Hemodiálisis y Nefrología SA de CV Seeks a General Physician to work as an On-Call Physician in the hemodialysis unit. Main responsibilities include: \*Monitoring treatment prescribed by the nephrologist. \*Preparing medical histories for newly admitted patients and compiling clinical files (informed consent, medication reconciliation). \*Conducting medical rounds and monitoring patients before, during, and after dialysis. \*Documenting each hemodialysis session in the patient's medical note. \*Providing care during complications and emergencies. \*Writing referral notes to other healthcare facilities. \*Patient education tailored to their clinical condition. \*Triage assessment. **Education:** Completed Bachelor’s Degree in Medicine, with degree certificate and professional license (or provisional authorization). **Skills:** Patient-centered care, friendly and empathetic demeanor, proactive attitude. **Knowledge:** Essential patient safety practices, Microsoft Office (BLS and ACLS certification preferred). **Schedule:** 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, Monday–Saturday; Sundays off plus one rotating weekday off. This is a direct employment contract with the company, including statutory benefits.
