V is seeking a Logistics Supervisor in San Ángel \- Álvaro Obregón, Ciudad de México** -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Intermedica, a leading company in the hospital and healthcare sector, is looking to add talent to its team in San Ángel, Álvaro Obregón, Ciudad de México. **Logistics Supervisor** ### **Responsibilities:** * \*\*Personnel Management\*\* Supervise, develop, and motivate the team, including drivers or operators. Monitor staff attendance, recorded incidents, and overtime hours for payroll processing. Conduct onboarding for new employees. Ensure the team completes checklists, accurately maintains logs, and submits reports within established deadlines. Coordinate and provide periodic training, as well as updates, for personnel under supervision. * \*\*Planning and Coordination\*\* Organize and optimize daily and future delivery routes to improve response times. Assign vehicles and allocate staff according to scheduled shifts and working hours. Coordinate with the warehouse department to ensure alignment with operational needs. Prepare detailed reports on deliveries, pickups, and material collections jointly with suppliers. * \*\*Operational Supervision\*\* Monitor efficient execution of activities such as loading, unloading, and dispatching. Ensure strict adherence to scheduled timelines, as well as to established operational policies and procedures. Manage and resolve incidents occurring during routes, including shortages or returns from customers or delivery points. Supervise proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) by staff and compliance with current technical and legal standards. Verify operator locations, arrival and departure points, and review stamped and signed delivery notes. Prepare detailed operational reports. Manage all required documentation, including hospital or supplier procedures, evidence of collected materials, completed deliveries, and other necessary documents. * \*\*Vehicle Maintenance and Inspection\*\* Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities for the vehicle fleet. Conduct frequent inspections to assess the daily condition and proper functioning of units, as well as review trip logs. Coordinate regular vehicle cleaning. Monitor fuel consumption and validate administrative expenses reported by operators.
