Job Summary: We are seeking a Logistics Supervisor to coordinate home delivery services, optimize resources, and ensure timely and accurate deliveries. Key Highlights: 1. VACANCY: SUPERVISION POSITION IN THE LAUNDRY AND DRY-CLEANING LOGISTICS DEPARTMENT – ESTRELLA **ABOUT THE COMPANY** We are the largest laundry and dry-cleaning chain in northern Mexico, with over 30 branches and 4 washing plants. **JOB OBJECTIVE** Responsible for coordinating the home delivery service department and meeting delivery performance indicators while maximizing company resources. **REQUIREMENTS** * Bachelor’s degree or engineering degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Systems, or related fields (recent graduates or incomplete degrees accepted). * Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position. * Proficiency in Excel. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Plan, organize, and manage assigned routes and drivers. * Coordinate deliveries and pickups with customers. * Ensure on-time and in-full delivery fulfillment. * Schedule and payroll administration. **WE OFFER:** Work schedule: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM; Sundays off. Biweekly salary of $7,500.00 NET. Statutory benefits from day one. No savings week. Location: Av. de Estado No. 210, Col. Tecnológico, Monterrey.
