Position Summary: TRANSGO is seeking a Logistics Operations Supervisor for the evening shift with experience in logistics and parcel delivery, personnel under supervision, and operational skills. Purely operational position At TRANSGO, we specialize in delivering packages for Amazon, Coppel, and Walmart. **OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR – EVENING SHIFT** Schedule: Monday through Sunday, with a rotating weekly day off during weekdays. For example: if your day off is Monday, the following week it will be Tuesday, then Wednesday, and so on accordingly. SHIFT: 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. (Transportation provided, round-trip). Sunday Bonus: $200 Grocery Vouchers: $1,200 per month Statutory Benefits: IMSS, Christmas Bonus, Vacation, Vacation Bonus, INFONAVIT. Uniforms are provided. We offer an 8% savings fund. Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics and parcel delivery industry. Prior experience supervising personnel. Proficiency in standard vehicle operation – valid Class B driver's license required.
