Job Summary: Grupo ATC is seeking a Logistics Operations Assistant to ensure efficiency and safety in freight transportation through documentation review and unit control. Key Highlights: 1. REQUIREMENTS: Completed high school education Proficiency in Microsoft Office. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Review and validate customer loading/unloading documentation, as well as asset documentation (tractors and trailers), to ensure compliance with operational requirements. - Review and validate dispatch checklist completion to ensure all necessary verifications have been performed prior to unit departure. - Inspect and secure unit seals to comply with security protocols and maintain cargo integrity. - Verify and confirm operator and unit availability at the branch to fulfill scheduled loads. - Generate and archive photographic evidence of unit dispatch to document cargo condition and prevent discrepancies upon arrival.
