Live near the station. Flexible schedule availability. Intermediate Excel skills. Willingness to travel across the city. Own vehicle · RESPONSIBILITIES: Track created claims. Supplier prospecting and contracting. Track closed claims. Monitor drivers with the highest violation rates. Track response time. Resolve and follow up on CSP/DSP CS claims. Clarify penalties and returns. Track stagnant inventory. Track losses. Notify collections. Resolve conflicts with suppliers. Provide advisory coverage to team leaders. Conduct virtual training for suppliers or team leaders. Conduct supplier audit visits. Conduct in-person training visits for suppliers and drivers. Conduct improvement visits for suppliers and hubs. Develop training support materials for processes.
