Position Summary: We are seeking a National and International Logistics Coordinator to manage operations, administer budgets and personnel, and ensure efficiency across plants. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity for continuous development and training. **We are seeking a National and International Logistics Coordinator to manage operations at our main office located in Xochimilco, La Noria.** **Responsibilities** * Manage the monthly logistics area budget related to freight. * Ensure proper operation of both plants regarding WIP and finished goods shipments, as well as paper supply to the plants. * Coordinate international operations related to imports and exports. * Administer customs broker expenses. * Coordinate ink supply from corporate headquarters to Mexico. * Import and export paper. * Coordinate maintenance of company vehicles. * Administer fuel expenses for company transportation. * Maintain delivery receipt records for customer invoicing. * Manage personnel in both plants' logistics areas. * Prepare monthly performance indicator reports for the department. * Report payroll incidents concerning supervised personnel. * Negotiate costs with carrier owners. * Coordinate external courier services (DHL, ESTAFETA, FEDEX, UPS). * Additionally, perform any other duties or tasks related or complementary to the primary role. **Requirements** * Knowledge of Mexico City routing. * Ability to build a carrier network. * Frustration tolerance. * Organizational skills. * Personnel management experience. * External courier portals. * ERP systems. * Interaction with carriers. * SCT guidelines for heavy-duty cargo vehicles. * Budget management experience. * Negotiation skills. **Benefits** * Competitive salary. * Statutory and above-statutory benefits. * Wellhub. * Free parking. * Subsidized cafeteria. * Grocery vouchers. * Continuous development and training.
