**LOGISTICS SUPERVISOR ASSISTANT** **Position Objective:** Effectively support the entire onboarding process for operational staff, ensuring timely coverage of vacancies through local personnel selection and proper document review. Likewise, capable of efficiently handling situations and maintaining effective communication with field teams and clients. **Key Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and supervise transportation and goods distribution operations, ensuring timely and safe delivery to destinations. * Monitor shipment progress in real time using tracking systems to ensure deadlines are met and any issues arising during transit are resolved promptly. * Maintain smooth communication with drivers to provide up-to-date information regarding routes, schedules, and any incidents, as well as with clients to inform them of their shipment status. **Requirements:** * Ability to operate a motorcycle and/or van. * Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages (BASIC AND INTERMEDIATE EXCEL). * Knowledge of administrative processes (reporting absences, hires, and terminations). **Education:** Technical degree or completed/unfinished bachelor’s degree in administrative, logistics, or related fields.
