Your Key Challenges and Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Manage, coordinate, and assign workloads to operational staff, fostering a collaborative environment and high performance. Operational Supervision: Coordinate daily receiving operations, including documentation validation, quantity verification, and merchandise condition assessment. Strategy and Analysis: Evaluate daily operations to propose and implement alternative strategies that optimize time, cost, and resource utilization. Incident Management: Timely follow-up on deviations and non-conformities, implementing corrective actions under pressure. Key Communication: Clearly communicate operational needs, priorities, and process changes both to your team and to allied departments. What Do You Need to Apply? (Required Profile): Technical Experience: Completed bachelor’s degree. Proven experience in end-to-end management of merchandise receiving, validation, and release operations. Solid knowledge of logistics processes (receiving, inventory control, warehousing, and traceability). Proficiency in handling and analyzing logistics metrics (KPIs for productivity, receiving accuracy, unloading times). Knowledge and application of safety, quality standards, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Leadership and Management Skills: Experience managing personnel, balancing resources according to demand, and developing teams (feedback and training). Ability to make decisions and resolve conflicts. Soft Skills: High frustration tolerance and resilience in the face of operational incidents. Excellent assertive communication and analytical capability to assess complex scenarios.
