Logistics and Delivery Coordinator Work area: Nezahualcóyotl, State of Mexico. Salary: $15,000 MXN per month + statutory benefits. Job description: A logistics and delivery company seeks a Logistics and Delivery Coordinator with experience in operational supervision, route coordination, and personnel management. We are looking for an organized individual with leadership skills and the ability to monitor daily operations, ensuring efficient deliveries, operational control, and immediate response to incidents. Main responsibilities: * Daily coordination and assignment of delivery routes. * Supervision of drivers and operational staff. * Tracking of deliveries and incidents. * Monitoring of vehicles and routes via GPS. * Validation of logs and operational documentation. * Coordination of preventive and corrective maintenance. * Monitoring of operational KPIs and productivity. * Continuous communication with drivers and internal departments. * Supervision of compliance with operational processes. Requirements: * Completed high school education. * Minimum 2–3 years of experience in logistics, delivery, or operational coordination. * Experience managing operational staff. * Knowledge of GPS monitoring and route control. * Knowledge of logistics and distribution. * Basic/intermediate Excel skills. * Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. * Availability to work Monday through Saturday. Schedule: Monday to Saturday, starting operations at 6:00 AM and ending upon completion of daily operations.
