Job Purpose Analyze, standardize, and monitor corporate logistics operations for waste collection, ensuring route efficiency, fleet utilization, use of existing mechanisms within the corporate logistics area, cost control, service-level compliance, as well as development and implementation of improvement projects and initiatives supporting the company’s operational and financial indicators, providing reliable information for strategic decision-making. Responsibilities 1\. Analyze logistical performance of collection operations by consolidating data on routes, services, frequencies, unit utilization, and regional productivity to identify deviations, harmonize practices, and improve operational efficiency. 2\. Conduct regular visits to various branches as required by the Corporate Logistics area to monitor project implementation and improvements. 3\. Monitor key logistics indicators by analyzing KPIs such as route adherence, service times, unit efficiency, cost per ton, and service level to measure regional performance and support tactical and strategic decisions. 4\. Identify opportunities to optimize routes and fleet utilization by analyzing travel paths, frequencies, service density, and idle time, in coordination with IT and Operations to reduce costs, improve productivity, and optimize asset utilization. 5\. Prepare executive reports and comparative analyses of logistics performance by consolidating regional data to provide timely visibility and facilitate decision-making. 6\. Coordinate with involved corporate and regional departments to track incidents, validate information, and align operational criteria to ensure consistency, continuity, and alignment in logistics processes. 7\. Proactively participate in logistics improvement and transformation projects by analyzing data, evaluating proposals, and supporting technological or process implementations to enhance operational efficiency. Job Profile **Academic Degree:** Bachelor's Degree \| Engineering **Field of Study:** Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Environmental Engineering, or related field. **Experience:** 3 to 5 years **Area of Experience:** Logistics analysis, transportation or collection operations, preferably in service, waste, or fleet companies. **Office Software Proficiency:** Advanced **Other Software:** TP\-Road Net or similar (desirable), Project (basic), Mind Maps (basic), Visio (basic) * **WILLINGNESS TO TRAVEL FREQUENTLY** Skills / Technical Competencies Database management Logistics software General waste and transportation regulations Problem analysis and resolution Process orientation and continuous improvement ERP platform management (SAP, Oracle, etc.) Leadership in project administration and implementation Effective communication and teamwork
