Focus on quality **CUTTING MACHINE OPERATOR** **\- NAVETEC Industrial Park, Santa Rosa Jáuregui, Querétaro** **\- Afternoon shift: 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM** \- Full-time About Us At **IMP (International Media Products)**, we manufacture specialized "ink-on-tape" rolls used in machines that print labels, barcodes, and dates on boxes and products. These tapes help ensure the printed information on many items you buy at the supermarket is accurate. **JOB DESCRIPTION:** We are seeking a **Machine Operator** responsible for operating a jumbo slitter to convert rolls into smaller sizes, meeting technical specifications and quality standards. **Responsibilities:** * Operate and adjust the jumbo slitting machine. * Set dimensions and perform format changes. * Handle and replace gilet-type blades. * Verify specifications and quality of finished product. * Prepare and record daily production reports. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. * Report equipment failures or process deviations. **Requirements:** * Minimum education: **Completed high school**. * Minimum experience: **1 year operating slitting machines or any type of industrial machinery**. * Experience in **handling and replacing gilet-type blades**. * Availability to work the **afternoon shift**. * Attention to detail and focus on quality. * Responsible, punctual, and team-oriented. * Basic preventive maintenance knowledge is desirable. **Technical Skills:** * Tablet operation. **WE OFFER:** \- Salary: $14,00\.00 monthly \- Monthly productivity bonus: 10% (to the plant). \- Annual bonus equivalent to 20 days of salary \- Job stability and growth opportunity \- Grocery vouchers: 1,375 monthly \- 20th-day bonus (Aguinaldo) \- 12 vacation days in the first year \- Vacation premium: 25% \- We do NOT provide transportation.
