Currently enrolled in the 7th semester or later in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Administration, or related fields. Basic to Intermediate English proficiency. And above all — strong motivation to learn and grow within our company! Key Responsibilities: \* Auditing metric dashboard boards. \* Auditing the completion of visual boards and 5S implementation. \* Supporting engineers in coordinating Lean fundamentals audits (layered audits). \* Tracking operational system activities. Required Knowledge: Intermediate Excel proficiency. Skills: Teamwork. Analytical thinking. Adaptability. We offer a scholarship plus student insurance.
