Lead Analyst (Control Desk)

**CONTROL DESK EXECUTIVE** We are seeking an organized, focused individual with strong conversational skills to perform lead filtering and validation for prospects interested in pension-related procedures. You will be responsible for reviewing contacts originating from social media, validating information, assessing feasibility, and routing qualified prospects to the sales department. Job Responsibilities: * Manage and filter leads from social media and digital channels. * Contact interested individuals via message and telephone call. * Initiate conversations, identify interest, and validate feasibility. * Request, review, and follow up on required documentation. * Learn and apply criteria across our various pension business lines. * Enter information into the CRM and perform administrative follow-up. * Route viable prospects to the sales department.
