Participate in launch projects and continuous improvement initiatives. **Job Description** We are looking for a Launch Intern to join our manufacturing team and actively participate in new model introduction projects. This position offers the opportunity to gain practical experience in industrial processes, continuous improvement, and process validation. **Responsibilities** * Support the execution of ongoing launch projects. * Collaborate in the validation of tooling and production equipment. * Update and track work instructions. * Provide support during representative unit runs. * Participate in the implementation of continuous improvement projects. * Track activities related to quality, safety, and productivity. **Position Objective** Ensure that peripheral activities associated with new model launches are carried out efficiently, meeting established plant standards for quality, safety, and productivity. **Requirements** * Currently enrolled in an Engineering program (Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related field). * Interest in manufacturing processes and new product launches. * Organizational, analytical, and teamwork skills. * Proficiency in Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint). * Intermediate English (preferred).
