Job Summary: We are seeking a resin fusion laminating machine operator to perform lamination processes, quality tests, and maintain the workplace. Key Responsibilities: 1. Resin fusion laminating machine operation 2. Conducting lamination tests and production control 3. Preventive maintenance and workplace organization We are seeking a resin fusion laminating machine operator with the following responsibilities: \- Laminating various substrates and coil widths using resin-based lamination. \- Roll-to-roll lamination; mounting and unmounting coils on the machine with hoist assistance. \- Paper-to-paper splicing. \- Glossy and matte finishes, as well as corona treatments. \- Film-to-paper lamination. \- Performing lamination tests (e.g., grammage, dynes, etc.). \- Recording production data in reports, including waste, downtime, and shift-related incidents. \- Managing assigned work orders and identified materials. \- Assisting with preventive maintenance of the machine. \- Maintaining workplace organization in compliance with 5S standards for audits.
