At Homie, our mission is to revolutionize the real estate industry through innovation and technology, enabling an unprecedented rental experience for both property owners and tenants—building the rental experience LATAM deserves: fast, transparent, and frictionless.
We value curiosity, courage, and collaboration, constantly seeking individuals who share our passion for contributing to meaningful growth.

If you’re ready to leave your mark on an industry undergoing transformation and work in an environment where every idea matters, Homie is the place for you.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Own the progression of tenant leads toward lease signing, ensuring each opportunity has direction, clarity, and speed to maximize conversions.
* Translate tenant interest into a leasing decision by accurately communicating the value proposition of both the space and Homie.
* Manage the end-to-end funnel—from tenant interest to contract—identifying friction points and implementing concrete actions to increase conversion.
* Qualify and prioritize leads using commercial criteria, understanding needs, profile, urgency, and fit with the property to focus efforts where closure probability is highest.
* Coordinate effectively with the field team to convert viewings into decisions, ensuring complete information, well-aligned expectations, and immediate follow-up post\-viewing.
* Negotiate and handle objections with a closing focus—resolving questions about process, terms, and timelines—while always safeguarding the customer experience.
* Prepare proposals and close deals, ensuring documentation is complete and correct for signing, without delays due to missing information.
* Maintain a disciplined pipeline in the CRM, with clearly defined stages, notes, tasks, documents, and next steps to ensure visibility and control over progress.
* Monitor key funnel metrics (response time, scheduled viewings, attendance, conversion to signing) and propose data-driven continuous improvements.
* Coordinate with Operations to ensure a frictionless handover, aligning timelines, requirements, and expectations so that closing translates into a memorable experience.
* Conduct post\-closing follow-up during the first few days, validating initial satisfaction and quickly identifying any risk of friction or complaints.
**What You Need to Apply:**
* 2\+ years of experience in consultative sales or lead conversion, ideally in real estate, financial services, insurance, telecom, or high-volume businesses.
* Experience managing a full funnel to closure, with disciplined tracking and consistent goal achievement.
* Solid CRM and pipeline management skills—accurately recording stages, notes, tasks, and documents with consistency and order.
* Ability to qualify and prioritize leads, identify needs, and translate them into clear recommendations.
* Capacity to negotiate and handle objections with a closing focus—without compromising professionalism or customer experience.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills—able to explain rental processes and terms simply and persuasively.
* Strong results and metrics orientation, comfortable measuring response rates, viewings, and conversions to propose improvements.
* High organizational ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously and follow up promptly without losing track of cases.
* Effective collaboration with internal teams—especially Operations and the field team—to ensure frictionless deliveries.
We embrace and celebrate the richness each unique talent brings—regardless of gender, nationality, ethnic or social background, beliefs, physical abilities, age, sexual orientation, or identity.
