Generate reliable information for decision-making. **Job Title: Junior Perfume Laboratory Technician** **City: Mexico City** As a **Junior Perfume Laboratory Technician**, you will be responsible for ensuring product development and quality by conducting technical tests, stability studies, and routine analyses, generating reliable information to support decision-making and continuous improvement within a safe and sustainable framework. **Your Key Responsibilities** * This role performs sampling for evaluation purposes. * Conducts tests to identify and/or resolve perfume\-base interaction issues related to stability. * Supports prototype base development by scaling up to pilot plant. * Performs routine analyses. * Documents procedures and maintains test records. * Prepares reports based on conducted analyses. **What You Bring to Us** * Completed university degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or related sciences. * 1\-2 years of experience as a Laboratory Assistant or Quality Laboratory Technician, or 1 year of internship in a Quality Laboratory within the Chemical, Paints, Pharmaceutical, and/or Fragrance industries. * Basic English language skills (understanding of manuals, writing and understanding emails). **What We Offer** A rich history and a promising future of bold scientific innovation and passionate creation for our customers; a culture that prioritizes safety and well-being—both physical and mental; a flexible work environment that empowers people to take ownership of their work and results; and a firm belief that collaborating closely with our customers is the key to achieving great things. **How to Apply?** Interested in this position?
