Junior IT Specialist

At **LS Cable & System**, we are seeking a **Junior IT Specialist** with experience in network and server administration, focused on ensuring the operational continuity of the company's technology infrastructure. The position will participate in the administration, support, and monitoring of corporate networks, servers, and IT services, providing assistance to internal users and supporting the organization's technology projects. **PROFILE** * Degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. * Age 25–33. * 3–5 years of experience in networking and server administration. * Solid knowledge of: * TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and VPN. * Windows Server and/or Linux Server. * Active Directory. * Firewalls and network security. * Corporate technical support. * Intermediate/advanced technical English. * Availability to respond to incidents and provide operational support. * Ability to commute and willingness to travel. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Administer and monitor LAN/WAN network infrastructure. * Configure and maintain switches, routers, and access points. * Administer Windows Server systems. * Manage Active Directory, users, permissions, and access policies. * Perform preventive monitoring and maintenance of servers and services. * Handle second-level technical incidents. * Diagnose and resolve connectivity and performance issues. * Execute data backups and validate recovery procedures. * Install, configure, and update hardware and software. * Document procedures, configurations, and incidents. * Support infrastructure, security, and technological improvement projects. **COMPETENCIES** * Proactivity and service orientation. * Analytical ability and problem-solving skills. * Organization and follow-up capability. * Teamwork. * Effective communication. * Adaptability and continuous learning. **DESIRABLE** * Certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, Microsoft, or similar. * Basic knowledge of Azure or AWS. * Experience with monitoring tools and helpdesk systems. * Basic knowledge of Linux environments. * Virtualization (VMware or Hyper-V preferred). **WE OFFER** * Competitive salary commensurate with experience. * Statutory benefits. * Working hours: Mon–Fri, 08:00–17:30. * Opportunity to join a global leader in infrastructure and technology.
