We are seeking a **Junior Field Engineer** to join our technical service department. This position focuses on telemetry analysis, electronic diagnostics of engines and transmissions, technical support for fleets, and operator training, with the objective of optimizing truck fleet operations, reducing operational costs, and improving road safety. ### **Responsibilities** * Adjustment of parameters in engine ECM and transmission modules. * Operation of telemetry platforms (DIDCOM project). * Downloading, analyzing, and submitting operational reports to fleets. * Identification of driving behaviors to reduce fuel consumption and mechanical failures. * On-site operator training based on telemetry analysis. * Technical consultation regarding fault codes (remote and in-person). * Preparation of technical reports for warranty claims submitted to the manufacturing plant. * Technical support to customers and service workshops. ### **Requirements** * Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automotive Engineering, Electronics, or related fields. * Knowledge of electronic diagnostics and engine/transmission systems. * Experience in telemetry or operational data analysis is desirable. * Willingness and ability to travel and work on-site. * Valid driver’s license. ### **We Offer** * Monthly net salary. * Statutory benefits. * Technical training and professional development. * Participation in innovation and telemetry projects. * Job stability.
