(FINSA). **Requirements:** Age: 22–24 years old Education: Mechanical, Industrial, Mechatronics, or related engineering degree (recent graduate or in final semester). Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:06 PM Preference for candidates residing in the Juarez and/or Guadalupe areas, including nearby neighborhoods such as Entronque Dulces Nombres (Valle de Santa Maria, Santa Isabel, Los Puertos, Anzures, Valle Soleado, Praderas de San Juan, Las Margaritas, etc.) Experience Technical knowledge (basic) * Interpretation of mechanical drawings. * Intermediate Excel skills. * Basic knowledge of production processes. * Familiarity with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar software is desirable (not mandatory). Skills * Proactive and self-motivated. * Responsible and organized. * Committed to continuous learning. * Team-oriented. * Strong communication skills. Responsibilities * Support engineering teams in process engineering and continuous improvement. * Technical project tracking. * Process documentation. * Support implementation of plant improvements. * Basic analysis of production data.
