A Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, Chemistry, or Materials Engineering. (Intern) This is for you! You will conduct advanced experiments to develop construction industry products meeting market requirements and promptly identify solutions to various technical problems. Responsibilities: * Conduct high-complexity tests and experiments related to chemistry and chemical engineering, complex technical operations, or complex information search/analysis of projects; optimize and interpret methodologies and analyses; and suggest alternative tests, experiments, or approaches (paints area) * Identify erroneous or unexpected results, interpret and analyze results, and provide suggestions based on analysis and conclusions * Interpret and analyze results, propose next steps, contribute to work plan formulation, and support daily workflow management. **Basic knowledge required (mandatory):** * Color system * Use of color-matching equipment * Formulation (basic) * Regulatory compliance * Laboratory equipment operation Employment Conditions: Salary \+ PL \+ Superior Benefits (grocery vouchers, FA, SV, and SGMM) Schedule: Monday to Friday
