IT Technician Position Description (with focus on programming) Main Responsibilities\- Develop, maintain, and enhance internal applications, scripts, and technological tools (primary activity).\- Automate operational processes through programming.\- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technological solutions.\- Integrate systems via APIs and other development tools.\- Provide technical support to users (hardware, software, networks, and systems).\- Diagnose and resolve IT incidents promptly.\- Administer computing equipment, servers, and network devices.\- Install, configure, and update operating systems and applications.\- Document developments, processes, configurations, and implemented solutions.\- Monitor the performance of developed systems and applications.\- Collaborate with different departments to identify technological improvement opportunities. Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree or technical diploma in Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Experience: Software development experience (minimum 1\-3 years). Technical support experience is desirable. Technical Knowledge\- Programming (intermediate/advanced level in at least one): Python, JavaScript, C\#, Java, or similar.\- Automation script development.\- Databases (intermediate SQL).\- API integration.\- Operating systems (Windows, Linux).\- Basic networking (TCP/IP, troubleshooting).\- Version control (Git).\- Cloud services (Azure, AWS) is a plus.
