We are a software development and telecommunications company focused on creating innovative solutions that optimize the customer experience—join our team as: **IT RECRUITER** What are we looking for? * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related field * Knowledge of technology profiles (Software Developers, Database Specialists, Technical Support, Technical Leaders, Implementers, Telecommunications, etc.) * 1–2 years of experience in recruitment and selection processes focused on technology * Experience conducting competency-based interviews * Application and interpretation of psychometric tests * Proficiency in LinkedIn and job portals * Experience working with objectives, adapting to change, and resilience What will be your main responsibilities? * Execute the Talent Attraction process: posting vacancies, headhunting, phone screenings, competency-based interviews, administering psychometric assessments, candidate routing, and follow-up through to hiring * Maintain effective candidate follow-up while ensuring a positive candidate experience * Facilitate sessions with leaders to refine role requirements and conduct alignment sessions where applicable * Manage the hiring process: document requests, validation, personnel file compilation, and contract preparation What do we offer? * Professional growth within a continuously innovating company * A people- and teamwork-oriented culture * Challenges that drive your development Learn about our benefits: * Monday to Friday, 9\-6 p.m. * Hybrid work model (3 days in office, 2 days remote) * Professional development and continuous training * Statutory and above-statutory benefits (Grocery vouchers, 30% vacation bonus, 30-day year-end bonus) * Grocery vouchers: $2,000 * Work location: Narvarte neighborhood Salary: $15,000\.00 \- $16,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Support for professional development * Grocery vouchers Workplace: On-site employment
