Join us and help shape the future of connectivity. **Job Description** -------------------------- * Maintain and support a high-availability server infrastructure compatible with 24/7 environments\. * Provide first-level support to plant users (via ticketing system). • Implement and manage network infrastructure (wired and wireless). • Monitor IT infrastructure and provide support or escalate incidents as required. Escalate incidents to other support teams. * Administer the company’s standard Windows operating system and Windows applications, such as the Office 365 suite and standardized software. * Prepare and manage end-user PC hardware. • Domain controller administration (Active Directory role configuration, Group Policy administration). DNS and DHCP administration and support. * Manage and maintain the company’s backup system and ensure proper tape rotation. * Maintain software distribution and ensure its correct operation and availability for underlying systems. **Qualifications and Experience** --------------------------------- * Bachelor’s or Engineering degree in Information Systems or related field. * More than 3 years of professional experience. * Experience with server hardware and software, storage, and backups. * ITIL Foundation certification (desirable). * Strong customer orientation; problem-solving ability and attention to detail. * Excellent oral and written communication skills in English (desirable). **Benefits** -------------- * Grocery vouchers. * Transportation. * Free cafeteria. * Weekly salary payment. **Interested?** ---------------- Liliana Hernández Email address: liliana.hernandez@leoni.com
