We are looking for an IT Intern who wishes to actively develop within the Systems area, participating in the company's daily technical support operations. The role is hands-on and delivers tangible impact—supporting end-user assistance, equipment administration, and technological infrastructure control, thereby contributing to the reliable operation of internal systems under sound security practices. Duties and Responsibilities Provide technical support to internal users (hardware and software). Assist with installation, configuration, and maintenance of computing equipment. Manage users, access rights, and permissions in internal systems. Track technical incidents and ensure timely resolution. Maintain up-to-date inventory of IT equipment. Document processes, incidents, and technical solutions. Support implementation of basic information security best practices. Collaborate in operational activities of the Systems department. Requirements Education and/or Experience Currently enrolled student in Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Basic knowledge of technical support and computer equipment handling. No prior experience required (academic experience or internships preferred). Competencies Attention to detail.
