Refrigeration Company Seeks Inventory Coordinator The Inventory Coordinator is responsible for supervising and managing all inventory-related activities within the company, ensuring accurate recordkeeping and product availability. Their objective is to optimize inventory levels, minimize discrepancies, and ensure efficient product turnover in the warehouse. Responsibilities Define inventory scheduling programs. Define solutions for inventory discrepancies in coordination with the client. Ensure inventory control and accuracy. Ensure execution of physical inventory programs established by the organization and/or the client. Supervise product movements and their system registration, ensuring information reliability. Supervise, propose, and plan corrective actions for inventory discrepancies. Supervise and validate inventory of rejections and/or returns. Coordinate, supervise, and validate inventory counts and reconciliations. Ensure timely product registration in the system. Supervise proper product storage. Propose improvements in product distribution within the warehouse to optimize space utilization. Update product status in the system according to internal requests and/or client requests. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, or related field. 2–3 years of experience in inventory management and use of inventory systems. Inventory system proficiency, counting techniques and product identification, auditing techniques, advanced use of inventory management tools and ERP software, knowledge of inventory audit procedures and cost management. Salary: $15,000\.00 \- $18,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
