Position Summary: We are seeking a Multi-Client Inventory Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and supervise inventory control activities, ensuring record accuracy and efficient goods flow. Timely management of discrepancies and corrective actions A logistics-sector company is seeking: **MULTI-CLIENT INVENTORY COORDINATOR** **Requirements:** * Education: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering. * Experience: 2 years in similar positions. **Knowledge:** * Cyclical and physical inventory processes. * WMS systems (preferred). * Operational KPI management (verifiable). * Forklift operation (preferred). * Accuracy in inventory control and recordkeeping. * Proficiency in Google Sheets. * **Intermediate Excel (assessment required)** **Responsibilities:** * Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily inventory control activities, including receipt, registration, storage, movement, and dispatch of goods. * Ensure inventory record accuracy through periodic physical verifications, internal audits, and reconciliations with systems (ERP or WMS). * Coordinate the execution of cyclical inventories and physical audits, and manage detected discrepancies to implement timely corrective actions. * Supervise the flow of goods into and out of the warehouse, ensuring compliance with documented protocols and procedures. * Maintain and update inventory information systems and records, ensuring data availability for decision-making and managerial reporting. * Prepare periodic reports on inventory status, movements, incidents, and performance for senior management.
