Job Summary: Supervise and control the inventory of electrical materials to ensure availability and accuracy, supporting electrical and maintenance projects. Key Highlights: 1. Use of advanced tools such as Excel and ASPEL SAE. **Job Objective:** Supervise, record, and control daily inventory of electrical materials using intermediate-to-advanced Excel tools, ensuring warehouse stock availability and accuracy to support efficient operation of electrical and maintenance projects. **Main Responsibilities:** * Record daily incoming and outgoing electrical materials. * Maintain updated general inventory in **ASPEL SAE**. * Generate and analyze **pivot tables** for weekly/monthly reports. * Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels. * Physically verify materials against digital records. * Identify and report inconsistencies or shortages. * Coordinate with procurement and logistics for material replenishment. * Classify materials by category (cables, conduits, luminaires, circuit breakers, etc.). **Required Technical Knowledge:** **Microsoft Excel (Intermediate-to-Advanced Level):** * **ASPEL SAE USAGE** * Use of **data validation** to prevent errors in manual entries. * Use of **conditional formatting** for alerts (low stock, approaching expiration dates, etc.). **Knowledge of Electrical Materials:** * Common names and uses of electrical materials: cables, raceways, luminaires, switches, contactors, fuses, etc. * Units of measurement and packaging (meters, rolls, pieces, packages). * Basic interpretation of electrical drawings and technical specifications. **Additional Technical Skills (Desirable):** * Experience with ERP or digital inventory software. * Basic knowledge of logistics or supply chain.
