Collaborates on risk mitigation strategies Are you interested in joining a solid private security company and actively contributing to organizational protection and reliability? **Position:** Administrative Assistant **Department:** Control and Trust **Job Objective: Support administrative and operational management of the Control and Trust department, ensuring proper personnel evaluation through in-depth interviews **Main Responsibilities: * Conduct in-depth interviews with candidates and employees to identify risk factors. * Analyze and interpret security indicators for decision-making. * Support the compilation, control, and safeguarding of confidential files. * Monitor personnel evaluation and validation processes. * Prepare administrative and results reports. * Collaborate on organizational risk mitigation strategies. **Requirements: * Partially completed or completed bachelor's degree in Administration, Psychology, Criminology, or related field. * Minimum 1\-2 years of experience conducting in-depth interviews (preferably in security or human resources departments). * Knowledge of indicator management and data analysis. * Strong observational, analytical, and discreet capabilities. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel). * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. **We Offer: * Gross salary of $11,800 * Statutory benefits * Food vouchers * Job stability * Ongoing training Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM
