Therefore, we seek committed, honest collaborators eager to join our UNSTOPPABLE FORCE as: **INTERNAL COMMUNICATION ANALYST.** Support the execution of internal communication strategies, campaigns, and activities by collaborating in content creation, channel management, and operational follow-up of initiatives, aiming to strengthen organizational culture and maintain effective communication with collaborators. **Required Profile:** * Academic Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Communication * Areas of Expertise: Internal Communication and Social Responsibility **Main Responsibilities:** * Execute actions and activities defined in internal communication strategies, providing operational support to ensure their proper implementation across various channels and formats. * Coordinate the operational execution of internal social programs, ensuring logistics, promotion, collaborator participation, and follow-up of each initiative related to social responsibility. * Develop and adapt institutional content for print and digital media, aligned with departmental needs and under the Specialist’s supervision. * Identify, manage, and communicate institutional agreements and benefits directed at collaborators, ensuring accurate dissemination and promoting their utilization. * Manage internal communication media and tools, as well as collect and organize information to evaluate campaign reach and support continuous improvement. **Theoretical\-Technical Knowledge:** * Organizational Communication * Social Responsibility * Organization of internal events and campaigns * Management of print and digital media * Design (basic) **Skills:** * Effective communication * Strong spelling and writing skills * Empathy and social commitment * Teamwork * Creative and analytical thinking * Adaptability * Proactivity and dynamism Benefits * Gross monthly salary: $15,000 GROSS * Work location: Santa Fe * Schedule: Monday to Friday, hybrid model.
