We invite you to participate in the selection process for this position and join our team.** **Here are the requirements:** **Position Profile:** * Bachelor’s degree in any field: Business Administration, International Business, Economics, Finance, Actuarial Science, or Financial Engineering * English proficiency: Intermediate–Advanced * Valid U.S. visa required **Knowledge Requirements:** * Risk identification and assessment * Ongoing evaluation of the control environment * Knowledge of COSO and SOX frameworks * Knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP) * Knowledge of financial standards (IFRS) * Flowcharting * Knowledge of international auditing standards * Knowledge of internal audit methodology **Responsibilities:** * Conduct operational, administrative, and financial audits across all departments, in coordination with the Internal Audit Department Head, verifying that company resource management complies with policies and procedures established by the General Management. * Monitor commitments assumed by audited departments to verify progress achieved. * Reprogram activities monthly, prioritizing departments’ requests while continuing scheduled work. * Prepare time reports and review staff reports under your supervision to ensure adherence to the established schedule. * Plan and execute audits. * Adhere to internal audit methodology. * Analyze and review operational and/or financial processes. * Present audit findings. * Follow up on implementation of corrective actions. * Verify compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and standards. * Present audit findings. * Document and report audit results. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary * Benefits exceeding legal requirements * Grocery vouchers * Savings fund * Retirement fund * Life insurance **Grupo Bachoco does not charge candidates for recruitment, assessment, selection, or hiring processes.**
