Job Description We are looking for Customer Service Interns! If you are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Logistics, International Trade, or a related field—and are eager to learn—this is your opportunity to grow within the department. With the option to fulfill professional practice requirements Responsibilities: Answer customer calls, emails, and requests nationwide. Follow up on orders, deliveries, returns, or reported incidents. Channel requirements to respective departments (logistics, sales, billing, etc.). Promptly and effectively resolve complaints, grievances, or clarifications. Maintain clear and professional communication with customers throughout the process. Generate customer service reports, response time metrics, and service indicators. Requirements Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program in Administration, Logistics, International Trade, or a related field. No experience required Eagerness to learn, proactivity, and attention to detail.
