Position Summary: Coordinate and manage intermodal land transportation services, optimizing logistics processes to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction. Key Highlights: 1. Collaborating with suppliers and overseeing equipment. **We are looking for an Intermodal Expert Analyst!** If you are organized, proactive, and eager to join a great team, **ONE** is looking for you! **What will you do in this role?** · **Responsible for coordinating and managing land transportation services (rail and truck) from/to the port to the final destination, ensuring efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery. Optimize logistics processes to guarantee customer satisfaction.** · Manage and update import/export reports to inform Customer Service and coordinate with suppliers regarding container locations. Review port-based import reports to assign transportation and coordinate logistics. · Verify the completion of the “carta porte” according to SAT regulations. Request Equipment Control to assign return yards for empty containers and prepare service orders with all necessary details, including the “carta porte.” · Coordinate export services by downloading Intermodal lists, ensuring vehicle availability and adherence to deadlines. Manage assignment of empty yards for exports and collaborate with Procurement to add missing rates. · Verify export annex confirmations, generate port entry appointments, and document containers for rail loading. Issue railway service release numbers and communicate them to the supplier. · Review and validate transportation invoices; in case of inconsistencies, coordinate with Finance and Procurement to resolve issues and ensure accurate payments. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements. * A friendly and dynamic work environment.
