Job Summary: This role supports equipment installation, technical maintenance, operational control, and customer service, following safety protocols. Key Highlights: 1. Technical support for equipment installation and maintenance. 2. Collaboration in operational tasks and material control. 3. Friendly interaction with customers and adherence to technical instructions. **Installation Support** · Assist in antenna and camera installation. · Prepare tools and materials. · Assist in cabling and connections. · Assist in basic equipment configuration. **Maintenance and Support** · Assist in technical inspections. · Follow up on fault reports. · Inspect equipment and connections. · Maintain order of tools and materials. **Operational Control** · Capture photographic evidence. · Keep the work area clean. · Assist in loading and transporting materials. · Report technical incidents. **Customer Service** · Maintain courteous and respectful conduct. · Assist in providing basic service explanations. · Maintain a positive company image. · Follow instructions from the responsible technician. **SAFETY AND CONTROL** · Use personal protective equipment correctly. · Follow safety protocols. · Take care of assigned tools and equipment. · Report operational risks or damages.
