




Job Summary: We are seeking an Injection Technician to ensure process consistency, troubleshoot issues, and improve injection molding quality. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on reducing scrap, improving cycle time, and ensuring quality. **IDEAL PROFILE: Injection Technician** **Education** * Technical diploma or related degree (mechanical, mechatronics, plastics, or similar). * Courses or certifications in injection molding (preferred). * Basic knowledge of mechanics, hydraulics, or industrial electricity. **Experience** * **2 to 5 years** of experience in injection molding (operation, parameter adjustment, or startup). * Proven experience in: * Parameter adjustment (temperature, pressure, cycle times). * Mold changeover and tooling setup. * Troubleshooting and resolving common process defects. * Handling engineering resins. * First-piece verification. **Key Technical Knowledge** * Plastic resins (High-impact polystyrene, crystal PS, PVC, low- and high-density polyethylene, polypropylene). * Use of measuring instruments (vernier calipers, micrometers, gauges). * Basic mold and machine maintenance. * Identification and correction of defects such as: * Flash * Short shots * Burn marks * Warpage * Sink marks * Flow lines **Expected Behavior** * Process consistency: avoids variations and ensures stability. * Proactive reporting of issues. * Area organization and cleanliness. * Judgment to make decisions when the process deviates. * Focus on reducing scrap, improving cycle time, and ensuring quality.
