Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring continuous and reliable operation of machinery through high-quality preventive and corrective maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. Machinery and equipment maintenance in the injection area. 2. Execution of preventive and corrective maintenance routines. 3. Application of safety procedures and continuous improvement. Objective: To timely implement established maintenance plans and programs for machinery and equipment in the injection area, following authorized procedures to ensure, as much as possible, continuous and reliable operation of all machinery and equipment through high-quality maintenance work. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Directly responsible for executing preventive maintenance routines and all corrective maintenance activities related to machinery and equipment. - Submit daily activity reports for one's shift; provide detailed performance information (logbook). - Ensure machinery and equipment operate properly, consistently, and within established process parameters or specifications. - Perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic maintenance on machinery and equipment. - Participate in team-building activities and contribute improvement ideas to enhance program compliance reporting. - Assist in conducting and maintaining inventory of spare parts. - Maintain order and cleanliness in work areas using the 5S philosophy. - Apply and monitor safety procedures for machinery and equipment. - Keep tools and equipment assigned to job-related activities in good condition. REQUIREMENTS: - Education: Mechanical or electromechanical technician. - Languages: Basic technical English. Experience: - 2–4 years in maintenance of plastic injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment (temperature controllers, dryers, chillers, adiabatic cooling towers, vacuum pumps, mixers). - Experience with Quality Management Systems. - 1–3 years operating machine tools (lathes, milling machines, grinders).
