Job Summary: We are seeking an HVAC Maintenance Technician to perform installations and services, ensuring quality and safety on time and as specified. Key Highlights: 1. Continuous training 2. Required travel (100%) **Job Requirements:** We are looking for an **HVAC MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN** to carry out assigned installations or services, ensuring timely and proper execution in compliance with quality and safety standards. * Statutory benefits * Base salary * Monday to Saturday * Continuous training **Education:** * Technical degree **Additional Training:** * Electromechanical-related courses * Knowledge of safety standards **Experience:** More than 3 years in the position. **Competencies:** Leadership, teamwork, negotiation skills, proactivity, personnel management and development, effective/ assertive communication, analytical thinking, adaptability, empathy, frustration tolerance, decision-making, working under pressure, strategic thinking, problem-solving, results-oriented, responsibility. **Technical and Administrative Skills:** * Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance * Knowledge of Safety Standards * Proficiency in using tools and equipment * Intermediate Office proficiency, primarily Excel (Pivot Tables) **Key Responsibilities:** * Review assignment information in advance. * Verify availability of required supplies, tools, and equipment for scheduled activities. * Execute assigned tasks with quality and in accordance with requirements. * Properly use PPE and appropriate tools. * Install according to client standards. * Keep the work area clean. * Safeguard and organize equipment and tools for the project. * Carry valid certificates. * Report quality and safety incidents to the team leader. * Carry out assignments directed by the leader, supervisor, or coordinator. * Assist with requested reports. * Report any co-worker’s misconduct. * Support preparation of deliverables or reports (ATPs, YASC/IFORM/SECURITY reports).
