Act as a strategic partner to the Plant Manager DESCRIPTION **Job Description** A metal-mechanical sector company located in Piedras Negras is seeking a Human Resources Manager with solid experience in industrial plant environments. This position will be responsible for comprehensively leading the Human Resources area, ensuring labor stability, regulatory compliance, talent attraction and development, and alignment of the human capital strategy with the business’s operational objectives. **Responsibilities** * Lead the comprehensive Human Resources strategy at the plant. * Manage labor relations and conflict resolution. * Ensure compliance with labor legislation and applicable regulations. * Supervise recruitment and selection of operational, technical, and administrative profiles. * Coordinate training and organizational development processes. * Administer compensation, benefits, and salary structure. * Supervise payroll and personnel administration. * Manage key performance indicators (turnover, absenteeism, workplace climate, headcount). * Strengthen organizational culture and internal communication. * Act as a strategic partner to the Plant Manager. REQUIREMENTS * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field. * Minimum of 8 years of experience in Human Resources. * At least 5 years as HR head in an industrial plant. * Experience in the metal-mechanical, manufacturing, or automotive industry. * Experience managing teams of over 300 employees. * Solid knowledge of the Federal Labor Law (LFT) and labor regulations. * Experience in unionized environments (desirable). * Willingness to relocate to Piedras Negras. **Competencies** * Leadership and influence. * Negotiation skills. * Results orientation. * Strategic thinking. * High execution capability. * Decision-making under pressure.
