Your mission is to ensure compliance with current labor regulations and foster an optimal organizational climate that drives the growth of all our employees. **Key Responsibilities:** * Execute end-to-end recruitment and selection processes for operational and administrative positions (competency-based interviews)**.** * Personnel file management, contract preparation, and handling of employment terminations. * Calculation of regular payroll, severance payments, final settlements, and incident management. * Identification of training needs (ITN), annual training plan, and strategies for workplace culture/climate improvement. * Occupational safety and hygiene management, as well as internal conflict resolution. **What You Need to Lead:** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Psychology, or related field (student or graduate). * Minimum 2 years’ experience in recruitment, personnel administration, and payroll management. * Empathy, effective communication, impeccable organization, and strong professional ethics. * In-depth knowledge of the Federal Labor Law (FLL). * Proficiency in Microsip ERP or payroll software and data analysis tools. * Experience in occupational safety and hygiene, and in conducting competency-based interviews. Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with a one-hour lunch break from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM.
