Drive cultural initiatives and talent development The Human Resources Manager will lead all HR processes for our plant in Mexico. This position is responsible for ensuring compliance with Mexican labor laws, driving an HR strategy aligned with business objectives, and supporting leaders and employees throughout all stages of the employee lifecycle. The Human Resources Manager will serve as a trusted advisor to leadership and as a champion of employee well-being, ensuring a productive and engaged workplace. **Responsibilities:** * Collaborate with site and regional leadership to align Human Resources strategies with business objectives. * Provide advisory support and coaching to managers on people-related decisions, talent development, and performance management. * Drive cultural initiatives to foster engagement, retention, organizational effectiveness, and a positive work environment. * Ensure compliance with Mexican labor laws and regulations. * Manage relationships with government agencies and legal advisors as needed. * Handle labor relations matters, investigations, and conflict resolution. * Oversee recruitment, selection, onboarding, and terminations across all organizational levels. * Develop workforce planning and succession strategies. * Implement training and development programs to strengthen employee capabilities. * Administer payroll, benefits, and compensation programs in compliance with Mexican legislation. * Conduct market studies to maintain competitive salary practices. * Advise leadership on merit increases, promotions, and recognition programs. * Maintain accurate employee records, HR systems, and contracts in compliance with the Federal Labor Law (FLL). * Manage performance evaluation cycles, engagement surveys, and recognition initiatives. * Support health, safety, and well-being initiatives in collaboration with EHS teams. * Manage union relationships (including collective bargaining agreements). * Manage labor audits conducted by Mexican authorities. **Position Profile:** 1\. Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources or related field (Master’s degree preferred) 2\. 7+ years of experience in Human Resources, including at least the last 3 years in leadership roles. 3\. Strong knowledge of the Federal Labor Law, IMSS, Payroll, and Compliance. 4\. Experience in manufacturing industries. 5\. Ability to influence leaders and manage change. 6\. Advanced English (mandatory); reports directly to the United States.
