This position is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, following up on tasks, making firm decisions, and becoming an essential contributor to professionalizing company operations. **What are the main responsibilities?** * Lead the Human Resources department comprehensively, ensuring order, control, and follow-up across all personnel-related processes. * Coordinate recruitment and selection for operational, administrative, and middle-management positions. * Supervise onboarding, personnel files, payroll registration, IMSS enrollment, equipment assignment, and induction processes. * Manage personnel incidents including vacations, leave requests, medical leaves, absences, loans, and internal requests. * Coordinate employee terminations, final settlements, severance payments, equipment recovery, and mitigation of labor risks. * Follow up on labor investigations, disciplinary matters, and sensitive issues involving employees. * Develop and update job descriptions to provide greater clarity and structure to the organizational framework. * Identify training needs and promote more effective induction and development programs. * Support leaders and departments in defining and monitoring objectives, performance indicators, and staff performance. * Monitor the utilization of the payroll budget and authorized positions to strengthen operations. **What qualifications are important for this position?** * Completed bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Labor Relations, or a related field. * Prior experience leading the Human Resources department—or a significant portion thereof. * Experience managing end-to-end recruitment and selection processes for operational, administrative, and middle-management positions. * Experience handling onboarding, terminations, personnel files, personnel incidents, and employee support. * Practical knowledge of payroll, IMSS, and basic personnel transactions. * Experience following up on final settlements, terminations, and management of sensitive labor situations. * Experience coordinating or supervising a team. * Ability to systematically track open positions, pending items, internal requests, and processes. * Capacity to communicate firmly, follow up effectively, and maintain control over sensitive personnel matters. * Proficiency in Excel, email, and basic administrative tools. * Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously without losing order or follow-up. * Availability to work onsite in Ecatepec de Morelos, State of Mexico. **What do we offer?** * Base salary of $30,000 MXN per month (net) * Statutory benefits * Growth opportunities * Working hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 am–6:00 pm; Saturdays, 9:00 am–1:00 pm **Who are we?** We are a company specialized in land-based logistics and freight transportation, serving national routes. **Desired education level:** Higher education \- graduate **Desired experience level:** Managerial level **Departmental function:** Human resources **Industry:** Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain, and Warehousing **Skills:** * Recruitment *This vacancy originates from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j\_id\=69d7ff5a5800002f00fbfae8\&source\=indeed*
