**Job Profile: Human Resources Generalist (Contractual Fees)**

**Purpose of the Position**
To provide comprehensive support to the Human Resources department, with a **primary focus on recruitment and selection**, ensuring proper execution of HR processes, development of job descriptions, documentation of procedures, and support in career planning and organizational development—contributing to the professionalization of the HR function.
**Scope of the Role**
The HR Generalist will provide cross-functional support across all HR functions, with greater emphasis on **talent acquisition**, but without direct responsibility for payroll or complex labor relations.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Recruitment and Selection (Primary)**
* Collaborating with department leaders to identify open positions.
* Developing and updating **job descriptions**.
* Posting job openings and attracting talent.
* Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews.
* Coordinating interviews with department leaders.
* Candidate follow-up and closing of vacancies.
* Preparing and maintaining new-hire personnel files.
**HR Processes and Documentation**
* Documenting and improving **HR processes**.
* Supporting standardization of departmental procedures.
* Creating internal templates, checklists, and guidelines.
* Assisting in implementation of basic HR policies.
**Organizational Development**
* Supporting development of **career plans**.
* Participating in defining growth paths.
* Supporting performance evaluations (templates and follow-up).
* Assisting in training and development initiatives.
**HR Administration (Support Role)**
* Maintaining and updating employee personnel files.
* Tracking administrative incidents (hires, terminations, transfers).
* Coordinating with external vendors (HR, training, etc.). Supporting internal communications.
**Ideal Candidate Profile**
An organized, proactive, and structured professional with strong orientation toward **recruitment**, ability to work goal-oriented, comprehensive knowledge of HR, process focus, and capability to interact effectively with various business areas.
**Academic Qualifications**
* Bachelor’s degree in:
* Psychology
* Business Administration
* Human Resources
* Pedagogy
* Industrial Relations
* Or a related field
**Required Experience**
* **2 to 4 years of experience** as:
* HR Generalist
* Recruiter
* HR Analyst
* Demonstrable experience in **operational and administrative recruitment**.
* Practical knowledge of general HR processes.
* Preferred experience in service-based, retail, or multi-location companies.
