Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment and selection. Mandatory experience in managing social media and mass recruitment channels. Experience using an ERP system. Proficiency in Excel · Activities and Responsibilities: Execute the recruitment plan timely and effectively. Recruitment and selection for operational positions. Posting job vacancies and developing talent attraction strategies. Proficiency in competency-based interviews, application of psychometric filters, and talent assessment. Ensure vacancy staffing targets are met. Field recruitment and participation in job fairs. Preparation and maintenance of personnel files. Follow-up with newly hired employees during their integration process (onboarding). Tracking and updating of job descriptions. Handling employee-related incidents.
