**Freight and Parcel Transportation Company is seeking:** **Human Resources Assistant** *Requirements:* * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Humanities, Business Administration, Psychology, Social Work, or related field. *Responsibilities:* * Talent sourcing (social media, job fairs, and job boards) * Conducting interviews (operational and administrative staff) * Preparing personnel files * Onboarding new hires * Employee support (uniform distribution, PPE, labor relations) * Preparation of pre\-payroll (reviewing attendance incidents) We offer: Weekly salary of $2700, tax-free (not including the week of advance payment) \+ 25-day year-end bonus, savings fund, school scholarships, and many more benefits.
